RMA Service

All memory modules under Elixir brand name shall be returned in accordance with the policy stated as following.

Elixir memory only offers warranty to defective products returned from companies that purchased directly from Elixir. Products that are purchased from Elixir's authorized Distributors' shall be returned to Distributors directly. Any attempt to repair, modify or change the original state without any authorization by Elixir in writing voids warranty automatically.

Once failed products occurred, customers can claim warranty service by filling out the Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form completely to Elixir. A RMA number will be issued upon the RMA Request Form received and verified by Elixir. Failed products shall be returned to the designated destination in accordance with shipping instructions within 2 weeks of receipt of RMA number or it will be cancelled automatically. All RMA products being returned are for replacement unless otherwise stated and agreed upon, in writing, by all parties.

Please click on the RMA Request Form and fill out the required columns completely. The system will automatically send the RMA to the official who will handle the RMA case. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
