Elixir warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to conditions and limitations set forth below, Elixir will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of it products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to products resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

Warning: The following products are not covered by the Elixir product warranty:

• Elixir products that have been modified from their original state
• Elixir products with the original module label removed, torn, or broken
• Products containing the Elixir name but determined to not be manufactured by Elixir

Duration of Warranty
The Elixir product warranty is valid for a specified period of time, One Year, from the date of original retail purchase. Please note: the duration of warranty will vary from region to region. Please see the product packaging for more details on duration of warranty.

This warranty covers only repair and replacement of defective Elixir products, as provided above. Elixir is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of Elixir products.
